Our labels come in three colors: blue, green, and orange. If you only want to print one color, be sure to select only that page in your print menu. Some of our labels are designed to fit on specific label sheets. These blank label sheets are available at office supply stores, and they can be used on home printers. Look for our tips on each slide to find what size label you’ll need. You can either type in the text you want, or handwrite it. If you want to type the text, click into the center of a label in the document and type your text. We recommend printing the nonadhesive labels on heavy cardstock or matte photo paper, then laminating them for extra durability. At-home laminating machines ($30, Target) can be purchased at craft stores, or you can take your labels to a copy center to be laminated.

Editor’s Tip: The rectangle labels are designed to be printed on Avery 2x4 mailing labels (#5163), available at office supply stores. The small round labels are designed to be printed on 2-1/2-inch circle stickers ($6, Paper Source) and the large round labels are designed to be printed on 4-inch circle stickers,($6, Paper Source).
