Wash and dry the glassware. Avoid touching the areas to be painted. Add polka dots to the outside of the cup by dipping a round pencil eraser into glass paint and dotting onto the outside cup surface and/or the bottom of the plate. Let it dry. Bake the painted glassware in the oven if instructed by the paint manufacturer. Let cool.
